Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Quality Executive to join our home healthcare team in Dubai. This role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance in alignment with DHA requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality standards and protocols that comply with DHA regulations.
• Monitor patient safety practices, infection prevention measures, and incident reporting systems.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Conduct internal audits and quality assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address compliance issues.
• Provide staff training on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance best practices.
• Support the development of patient safety and quality improvement programs.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Valid DHA license or eligibility is essential.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance within home healthcare or clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of DHA regulations and healthcare compliance standards.
• Experience with auditing processes and incident investigations.
• Expertise in implementing CAPA processes.
• Excellent communication and staff training skills.
• Certification in Quality Management or Patient Safety is an advantage.
