Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced Quality Control Manager for a food manufacturing company operating within the Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone. This role is ideal for a senior-quality professional with strong managerial and hands-on experience in daily food production environments, particularly in cheese and butter manufacturing. The successful candidate will oversee all quality-related operations and ensure full compliance with food safety standards.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years of managerial experience in food manufacturing within the UAE
- Strong background in daily food production operations
- Previous experience in cheese and butter manufacturing is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage, guide, and lead a Quality Control team
- In-depth knowledge of QA/QC systems, food safety regulations, and compliance standards
- Hands-on experience with internal and external audits, inspections, and documentation
- Ability to train staff on quality procedures, hygiene practices, SOPs, and food safety protocols
- Capable of reporting directly to senior management and independently handling all QC matters
- Required certifications in QC and food safety such as HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, or equivalent
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly salary of AED 10,000 (negotiable based on experience)
