What We Do
Responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of documents or reports prior to the final printing and customer distribution.
What You’ll Do
- Quality checks final reports and completed documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Identifies missing information and areas requiring corrections.
- Contacts internal resource or customer to obtain required information.
- Ensures the product in in compliance with company and customer standards.
- Escalates more complex questions to supervisor or lead.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years directly related experience
- Proficient PC skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of customer compliance requirements.
Salary Range: $15.68 – $26.11 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
