Description:
Maximus is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our remote team. This role is responsible for evaluating staff performance, conducting internal audits, supporting calibration sessions, and ensuring alignment with client-defined quality standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical abilities with excellent communication skills to support continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits to ensure quality metrics are met.
  • Develop, update, and revise procedures in response to operational changes.
  • Analyze operational performance data and generate routine and ad hoc reports.
  • Conduct monitoring activities and audits to support project quality.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and corrective actions based on quality program data.
  • Assist with staff training and resource materials, including guides, charts, and workflows.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to maintain consistency in quality evaluations.
  • Utilize AI tools and technologies for data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance activities.
  • Take calls as needed to support operations and maintain service levels.
  • Participate in pilots and provide feedback to enhance quality metrics.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Remote Position Requirements:

  • Hardwired internet (ethernet) connection with download speed of 25 Mbps and upload of 5 Mbps (10 Mbps preferred).
  • Private work area with adequate power source.
  • Ability to pass a federal background check.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Monitor agent interactions and provide constructive feedback.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring goals.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage monitors across multiple business lines.
  • Collaborate in developing and revising procedures.
  • Analyze operational and quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support creation and maintenance of staff resource materials.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance QA processes, reporting, and decision-making.
