Description:
A leading infrastructure contractor in Dubai is seeking a qualified QA/QC Engineer to join an ongoing Roads and Utilities project. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in quality assurance and quality control activities within the UAE construction sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that project works comply with approved specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Candidates with a strong background in roads, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, and utility works are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and implement QA/QC procedures throughout project execution
• Conduct inspections for roads, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, and utility works
• Prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
• Coordinate material approvals and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Review and implement method statements and quality documentation
• Maintain accurate QA/QC records, reports, and inspection logs
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, and relevant authorities regarding quality requirements
• Ensure all works comply with approved standards and project quality objectives
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a QA/QC Engineer
• Proven experience in infrastructure projects involving roads and utilities
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control procedures
• Experience preparing and managing QA/QC documentation
• Ability to coordinate inspections and material approval processes
• Immediate availability or ability to join on short notice is preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Roads construction works
• Drainage, sewerage, and stormwater systems
• Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
• Method statements and quality documentation
• Dubai Municipality and RTA standards
