Description:

Shurfa Bay Restaurant & Cafe is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing & Junior Accounts Executive to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will support purchasing operations, supplier coordination, and basic accounting activities to ensure smooth business operations.

The role requires experience in procurement within the restaurant or F&B industry, along with knowledge of accounts payable, supplier reconciliation, stock audits, and cost control processes.

The successful candidate should have strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage purchasing and accounting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing activities and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.

• Handle supplier reconciliation and assist with accounts payable (AP) processes.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier transactions.

• Perform stock audits and support inventory control procedures.

• Assist with petty cash management and financial documentation.

• Support monthly cost analysis and cost control activities.

• Prepare reports using Excel and maintain accurate operational data.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience in the restaurant/F&B industry.

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) procedures.

• Experience with supplier reconciliation and petty cash management.

• Understanding of stock audits, inventory monitoring, and cost control.
