A growing organization in the Foodservice industry is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Purchasing Executive to strengthen its procurement team. This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong interest in supply chain operations and vendor coordination, and who thrive in an organized, fast-paced work environment.
The selected candidate will play an essential role in supporting purchasing activities and ensuring smooth procurement processes across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily purchasing operations while maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Prepare, issue, and monitor purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or delays
- Ensure materials and supplies are delivered on schedule according to operational requirements
