Description:
We’re hiring a proactive Purchasing Executive to join the Kulcha King team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience working in the UAE who can build strong supplier relationships and keep operations well-stocked and cost-efficient. Restaurant background is preferred but candidates from other industries with UAE experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries and high service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock without overstocking.
- Prepare and process Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and handle vendor invoices accurately.
- Coordinate with kitchen/operations teams to forecast demand and prevent stockouts.
- Resolve supplier issues quickly and ensure smooth procurement workflows.
Requirements
- UAE work experience is mandatory (experience can be from any industry).
- Prior exposure to restaurant procurement is a plus but not required.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing paperwork (LPOs, invoices) and basic procurement systems.
- Results-driven, able to work independently and follow through until tasks are completed.
