Description:
Falcon Group of Companies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Assistant to become part of its expanding team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience in procurement and purchasing and are eager to contribute to efficient supply chain operations.
The successful candidate will support the procurement department by coordinating with suppliers, preparing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that materials are purchased on time while meeting quality and cost expectations. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing materials and requesting quotations from suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and related documentation.
• Monitor inventory requirements and support daily procurement activities.
• Ensure timely purchasing while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the construction industry.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE experience will be considered an advantage.
