Description:
We are urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in handling government-related procedures and documentation within the UAE. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all PRO functions efficiently while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all government-related processes including visa applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Handle company formation procedures, especially within Freezone jurisdictions
• Process trade license renewals and ensure all company documentation is up to date
• Liaise with immigration, labour departments, and other government authorities
• Use relevant government portals to complete transactions and track applications
• Ensure compliance with UAE legal requirements and documentation standards
• Coordinate internally to support smooth administrative and legal operations
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of proven experience working as a PRO in the UAE
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken); Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Hands-on experience with Freezone company setup, licensing, and visa processing
• Familiarity with immigration systems, labour procedures, and government portals
• Good understanding of UAE laws, regulations, and documentation processes
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Strong organizational and communication skills
