Description:
[ARC Global is seeking a proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to support our Sharjah operations. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with hands-on UAE PRO experience who can manage government-facing processes reliably and meet tight deadlines. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company government formalities including visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, and cancellations.
- Submit and track online applications via MOHRE, Immigration and other UAE portals.
- Keep accurate records of transactions and prepare regular PRO activity reports.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up to guarantee timely completion of all processes.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of PRO experience in the UAE.
- Solid working knowledge of MOHRE, Immigration portals and related online systems.
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, handle tight deadlines and maintain high accuracy.
- UAE driving license preferred.
