Description:
We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with UAE government processes and be well-versed in handling official documentation, approvals, and coordination with various government authorities. This role requires independence, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines while ensuring full compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all government-related documentation, submissions, and approvals.
• Process employment visas, residence visas, Emirates ID applications, labor cards, and visa cancellations.
• Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Immigration, and other relevant government departments.
• Manage trade license renewals and maintain company legal and compliance documents.
• Track visa expiry dates and ensure timely renewals in line with UAE regulations.
• Represent the company at government offices whenever required.
Requirements:
• Mandatory prior experience working as a PRO in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and immigration procedures.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
