Description:

Zoya Developments is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in handling government-related procedures within the UAE construction or contracting sector and who are fluent in both English and Arabic.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing company documentation, government approvals, licensing, labor and immigration processes, while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations. Candidates with excellent coordination skills and relevant UAE experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage company licensing, permits, and government documentation.

• Coordinate with UAE government authorities to obtain approvals and process official documentation.

• Handle labor, immigration, visa, and residency-related procedures.

• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and government requirements.

• Liaise with internal departments and external government entities to facilitate administrative processes.

• Monitor renewal dates for licenses, permits, and other official documents.

• Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and approvals.

• Support the company with other public relations and government-related responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a contracting or construction company.

• Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.

• Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures, regulations, and approval processes.

• Hands-on experience dealing with Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Dubai Municipality, MOHRE, and GDRFA (Immigration).

• Proven experience processing company licenses, permits, labor, immigration, and other government-related approvals.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple government-related tasks while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations.

• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
