Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our Dubai team, specialising in business setup, licensing and visa services across the UAE. The right candidate will be proficient with government procedures and portals, able to navigate approvals quickly, and experienced at managing sponsor/company documentation and visa lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end visa processes — applications, renewals and cancellations for employees and dependents.
- Liaise with UAE government entities (MOHRE, Immigration/GDRFA, DED, Free Zones, etc.) to submit applications, follow up and obtain approvals.
- Manage trade licence activities: initial applications, renewals, amendments and required record-keeping.
- Support company formation and business setup procedures, preparing and submitting required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour and immigration laws; maintain expiry trackers and audit-ready filing systems.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management on pending applications and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ UAE experience in PRO services or government liaison roles.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE government portals and administrative processes (MOHRE, GDRFA/Immigration, DED, Free Zone systems).
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Professional, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential documentation.
