Description:
KTI is looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive UAE government liaison experience who can efficiently manage regulatory processes while ensuring full compliance with local laws and procedures.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling government-related documentation, visa and immigration services, licensing requirements, and coordination with relevant authorities. Candidates with experience in the Oil & Gas sector, particularly on ADNOC or TIC projects, will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage government relations and ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements
• Handle visa, immigration, labour, and licensing processes with relevant government authorities
• Coordinate documentation with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Civil Defense, DED, and other regulatory bodies
• Process CICPA passes, trade licence renewals, labour camp approvals, and customs clearance documentation
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of government-related procedures
• Support company operations by ensuring all legal and regulatory documentation remains up to date
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO)
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with ADNOC or TIC project exposure preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE visa and immigration procedures, MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Civil Defense, and DED regulations
• Strong knowledge of:
• CICPA pass processing
• Trade licence renewals, labour camp approvals, and customs clearance
• UAE government compliance and regulatory procedures
• Excellent communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
• UAE Driving License is preferred
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
