Description:
A company based in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to handle all government-related processes and ensure full compliance with UAE laws and regulations. This role is essential for maintaining smooth operations related to employee documentation, visa processing, and official company requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and immigration procedures, along with the ability to effectively coordinate with government authorities and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all employee visa processes, including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes
- Process labor and immigration documentation through relevant UAE government systems
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations
- Handle the renewal of company-related documents such as Trade License, Establishment Card, and Labor Card
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with government authorities including Immigration, Labor Office, and Municipality
- Track and monitor expiry dates of visas, passports, and other official documents
- Assist the HR team with onboarding processes and employee documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and official documents
- Represent the company at government offices when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a PRO within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and immigration processes
- Good communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
