Hiring Aler Public Relations Officer – PRO
Location: – Al Ain, UAE

Key Responsibilities/Duties :-
- Handle all visa applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, medical tests, and related immigration procedures.
- To efficiently prepare, type, and process PR-related documents and government transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance with UAE regulations, and timely submissions.
- Liaise with government departments (MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Municipality, etc.) for permits, licenses, and approvals.
- Ensure all company and employee documentation is accurate, up to date, and in compliance with UAE laws.
- Manage and track timelines for license renewals, visa expiries, and labor contracts.
- Support HR and Operations by coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and other formalities.
- Represent the company professionally in all external communications with authorities.
- Maintain strong relationships with local government bodies and key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on new laws, regulations, and policy changes affecting the business.
- Knowledge and follow-up with Civil Defence and Hassantuk.
- Organize drivers, arrange their schedules, and monitor vehicle performance.
- Follow up on vehicle maintenance with agencies and workshops and driver violations.
- Prepare and maintain documents and create files for all new, current, and former employees.
- Knowledge of food control laws and follow up in all branches.
- Renew health or car insurance, new, etc.
- Assist new employees in opening bank accounts.
- Monitor attendance and absence etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, review legal contracts, and draft notices and deductions for employees.
- Ability to draft any legal document related to work and administrative affairs.
- Renew lease contracts for restaurant branches and employee housing.
- Resolve problems between employees and restaurant managers.
- Assist all department heads.
Ability & Skills:-
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor, visa, and immigration procedures.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Good Arabic and English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable to work under pressure.
Experience:-
- 2–3 years UAE experience in a similar PRO role
Academic Qualifications:-
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Additional Qualifications:-
- Thorough knowledge of following :-
- PRO function
- UAE Labour Laws
- Immigration procedure & rules in UAE
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
