White Cubes Valuation Advisory is looking for a skilled Property Valuer to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced valuation professional with a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and a passion for delivering accurate property assessments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting property valuations, preparing professional valuation reports, and ensuring compliance with Dubai’s real estate regulations and valuation standards. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders while maintaining high standards of accuracy, integrity, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct property valuations for residential, commercial, and other real estate assets.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze market trends, comparable sales, and property data to determine fair market values.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai valuation standards, DLD regulations, and RERA requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide professional valuation recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of real estate valuation experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of DLD, RERA, and Dubai valuation standards.
• Excellent analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple valuation assignments effectively.
