A prestigious and well-established conglomerate in Dubai is seeking a polished, reliable, and highly organised Property Manager & Admin Support professional to join their team. This position combines hands-on property oversight with administrative responsibilities and is best suited for someone experienced in high-end hospitality, estate management, or executive support roles. The role is structured as approximately 70% property management and 30% administrative support.
This is a fast-paced and varied position where flexibility, discretion, and professionalism are essential. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of a premium property while also supporting administrative, travel, and event-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, deep cleaning schedules, upgrades, and coordination with third-party service providers.
- Manage refurbishment and improvement projects, including timelines, budgets, contractors, and stakeholder communication.
- Act as the main point of contact for vendors and service teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Provide administrative support such as diary and calendar management, travel arrangements, visa coordination, and expense tracking.
- Organise and support private or corporate events, including guest coordination and RSVP management.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and high-level responsibilities.
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property management, administrative support, or a related role, ideally within high-end hospitality or luxury environments.
- Valid UAE driving licence or the ability to convert an existing licence immediately.
- Highly flexible, dependable, and discreet with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management tools.
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
