About the job

A high-performing real estate investment firm is hiring a Property Accountant to join their dynamic and tight-knit accounting team. The Property Accountant will manage the monthly close process across a portfolio of 10–15 commercial properties and approximately 150 tenants. Key responsibilities include journal entries, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and trend analysis in Excel. This is not a tenant-facing role and does not include CAM reconciliations. The ideal candidate is analytical, fast-moving, and detail-obsessed, someone who thrives in a team of A-players and brings strategic thinking to the accounting function.
