We are hiring Project Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Proven hands-on supervisory experience in metal and fabrication projects
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Knowledge of site safety, quality control, and production efficiency
• Able to read drawings and execute work as per project specifications

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations at the site or factory for fabrication and installation activities
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC, and other departments to meet deadlines
• Monitor manpower productivity and allocate tasks efficiently
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues
• Maintain records of progress, materials, and site activities
