Description:
Construction Specialties (CS), a global leader in specialty building products since 1948, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate high-profile architectural projects remotely. CS products have been incorporated into iconic buildings worldwide, including Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the Oculus at the World Trade Center Transit Hub in Manhattan. This role focuses on ensuring projects are completed successfully, profitably, and aligned with both customer and internal department expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate project progress from order review to completion, maintaining communication with internal departments and customers
• Attend and coordinate meetings, including production, drafting, kickoff, project review, and customer calls
• Maintain project review lists and ERP system order notes
• Review shop drawings, orders, and changes, and address internal department questions, RFIs, and concerns
• Verify drawings against contracts, Letters of Intent, quotes, and sales direction
• Troubleshoot project details, material issues, and field conflicts
• Implement solution-driven strategies and ensure proactive communication with production and purchasing teams
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
• Maintain both electronic and physical project files and documentation
• Ensure alignment with project teams and customers regarding project status and upcoming milestones
• Perform other duties as required by management

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of construction and fabrication methods and processes
• Experience reviewing architectural and structural drawings and interpreting specifications, sketches, and designs
• Proficiency in BPCS, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships and work with contractors
• Computer literacy with strong Excel skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
