Sago, in collaboration with Sago Health and Med Learning Group, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support its growing healthcare research operations. The successful candidate will initially be employed by Sago under Sago Health’s direction and transition to a Med Learning Group employee by January 2026. This role serves as a critical link between internal teams, partners, and clients, ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage 12–15 qualitative research projects concurrently, ensuring timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant delivery.
• Clearly brief recruiting teams to align on project objectives, client expectations, and deliverables.
• Communicate proactively with clients, maintaining transparency and building strong professional relationships.
• Track project progress, participant quotas, and report real-time updates to clients with clarity and confidence.
• Identify potential project risks or issues early and take decisive action to mitigate them effectively.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and operational milestones to ensure financial accuracy and project consistency.
• Utilize problem-solving and creative thinking to adapt to evolving project needs and incomplete information.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure clear communication, workflow alignment, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare research compliance, including adverse event reporting requirements.
Core Competencies:
• 1–5 years of experience in qualitative project management or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• High attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.
