Description:
S&H Systems is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish — ensuring that all goals are achieved efficiently, on time, and within scope. This role requires a proactive professional capable of managing complex logistics, collaborating with multiple teams, and maintaining consistent communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee project execution from initiation to completion while ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, issue logs, risk assessments, and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners to meet all project milestones and key performance indicators.
• Communicate clear goals, expectations, and progress updates across all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
• Identify potential challenges early and escalate issues to senior leadership when needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure projects are delivered within approved cost parameters.
• Provide regular status updates and ensure successful project closure and documentation of lessons learned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive project management and leadership experience in large, multi-site environments.
• Background in e-commerce, retail distribution, automation, or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels, including executive leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project.
• Ability to interpret and understand technical design layouts and system drawings.
• Proven record of managing teams in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time to project sites, offices, and supplier locations as needed.
• Flexible approach to managing changing project demands and schedules.
