Al Khalidiya Group, a well-established organization in the UAE with multiple successful subsidiaries operating across Aluminium, Glass, Waterproofing, Joinery, and Care Services, is currently looking to hire a skilled Project Manager – Facade division to join its team in Abu Dhabi. The company is known for delivering high-quality solutions across various construction-related sectors and is seeking a professional capable of managing complex facade and aluminium projects effectively.
This role is responsible for leading and managing aluminium fabrication and facade installation projects from the early planning stages through to successful project completion. The selected candidate will coordinate closely with production teams, site engineers, procurement departments, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the overall progress of facade-related operations while ensuring that all activities align with project requirements, technical drawings, and approved specifications. The position requires strong project management capabilities, technical knowledge of aluminium systems, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams simultaneously.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, organizing, and managing aluminium fabrication and facade installation projects from initiation to final delivery
- Coordinating with production units, site teams, procurement staff, engineering departments, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution
- Developing and monitoring project timelines, budgets, resources, and schedules
- Ensuring all work complies with project drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Tracking material procurement, fabrication progress, and installation activities on project sites
- Liaising with consultants, clients, and internal teams to obtain approvals and resolve technical issues
- Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports
- Identifying potential project risks and implementing corrective measures to prevent delays or cost overruns
- Ensuring projects are completed within deadlines while maintaining cost efficiency and high-quality standards
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline and possess 2–4 years of UAE experience specifically within facade division and project management. A strong understanding of aluminium systems, fabrication processes, and on-site execution is essential for this role.
Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership abilities, effective coordination skills, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook is required, while familiarity with project management software will be considered an advantage. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure while meeting strict deadlines are also essential.
