Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and manage high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Candidates must have a proven track record in managing high-rise building projects in the UAE and be currently based in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise all stages of high-rise construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and allocation of resources.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of project engineers, site managers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Review design and structural drawings for feasibility, compliance, and constructability.
• Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project to ensure timely delivery.
• Control project costs and adhere to approved budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other regulatory authorities.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures in collaboration with QA/QC teams.
• Ensure site safety compliance and address issues proactively.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Prepare detailed progress reports for management and stakeholders.
• Lead project close-out activities, including testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, structural systems, and fit-out processes for high-rise buildings.
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards, building codes, and FIDIC contractual procedures.
• Proven ability to deliver under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

• Successfully completed at least one high-rise building project (40+ floors) in Dubai or the UAE.
• Experience collaborating with international consultants and main contractors.
• Understanding of value engineering and cost optimization techniques.
