Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team during the rapid expansion of our restaurant brand across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a junior professional who enjoys coordination, documentation, and working closely with multiple stakeholders to keep construction and fit-out projects moving smoothly. You will act as the key link ensuring timelines, communication, and project records remain aligned.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:


The Project Coordinator will play a critical support role in managing documentation, tracking project timelines, coordinating with vendors, and assisting the Project Manager with site-related activities across the UAE.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:


• Maintain and organize all project documentation including floor plans, permits, trade licenses, and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for UAE and KSA projects
• Update daily project trackers and reports to ensure milestones for new branch openings are achieved on schedule
• Coordinate with fit-out contractors, kitchen equipment suppliers, and interior designers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Support the Project Manager during site visits by documenting progress through photographs and written reports
• Assist with procurement activities by raising Purchase Orders (POs) for FF&E and following up on delivery timelines
• Provide support in coordinating with government authorities such as Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, and other relevant entities for approvals
• Prepare and submit weekly progress and status reports for senior management, including budget tracking and construction updates

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:


• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in the UAE, preferably within F&B, fit-out, or construction environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; basic ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings is a strong advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel across the UAE as required
• High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
