As a Program Manager in Product & Technology, you will guide high-level goals, manage roadmaps, track progress, and define functional requirements for products, features, and infrastructure. You will collaborate across product, engineering, design, infrastructure, IT, marketing, operations, and sales teams to lead technical strategy and execution on company-wide platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage end-to-end technical product and infrastructure delivery plans, ensuring timely execution.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to align with program goals and drive project completion.
• Define roadmaps and long-term strategies for teams and initiatives.
• Design metrics to track impact and improve internal processes.
• Communicate technology goals, requirements, and milestones effectively to stakeholders.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and mitigation strategies for projects.
• Foster collaboration with product and infrastructure teams to drive adoption and improve security/privacy practices.
• Maintain a proactive, can-do attitude to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement of tools and processes to enhance automation.

Education and Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering or technical product/program management.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, scope definition, and user needs analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams.
• Effective communication with technical management teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with large-scale systems, multi-disciplinary teams, and global partners.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Product Board, A-ha!, Version One, or similar.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods (7–8 hours/day) at a desk or workstation.
• Proficiency with computer and phone systems, including simultaneous use of multiple software programs.
