Project Management Institute (PMI) is seeking a senior-level Program Manager III to lead enterprise-wide marketing initiatives that drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for a highly experienced marketing professional who can oversee complex programs, influence executives, and mentor peers while implementing innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale marketing programs, ensuring alignment across global teams, business units, and senior stakeholders
  • Partner with executives and business leaders to prioritize initiatives, facilitate decision-making, and guide strategic investments
  • Lead change management efforts to enhance marketing performance, agility, and adoption of modern practices
