Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Program Management Advisor to act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Director. This role drives high-impact initiatives across the enterprise, leads cross-functional programs, and supports executive decision-making through data analysis, financial planning, and executive communications. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a matrixed environment, has strong analytical and communication skills, and can translate strategy into operational results.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Director and senior leadership to shape, articulate, and execute strategic priorities.
- Lead enterprise-level programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and effective execution of goals.
- Analyze, interpret, and visualize large datasets to produce insights that inform strategic and operational planning.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and communications on behalf of leadership.
- Plan and coordinate leadership forums and events (town halls, strategic planning sessions, business reviews).
- Build business cases and financial modelsto support planning, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
- Monitor initiative progress, identify risks and mitigations, and ensure stakeholder alignment and follow-through.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage program interdependencies to ensure transparency and success.
- Research and recommend new tools, processes, and technologies to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Essential Functions
- Conduct financial and performance forecasting to support enterprise decision-making.
- Provide strategic planning support for programs that span multiple departments or business units.
- Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and communication for initiatives in scope.
- Maintain discretion and integrity when handling confidential information and executive communications.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills; strong aptitude for data-driven decision making.
- Business acumen with a strategic mindset; able to connect tactical execution with enterprise goals.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Strong executive presence and ability to represent leadership in cross-functional settings.
- Experience in event planning, stakeholder facilitation, and executive meeting coordination.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment in a matrixed organization.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and trust.
Education
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of exempt-level experience in project/program management, product development, business or financial planning, systems design/development, or strategic operations.
- Proven success developing business cases, schedules, and financial justifications for major initiatives.
- Proficiency in project planning tools and methodologies.
Domicile Information
- This position is preferred to be based in Memphis, TN. Remote work within the United States may be considered depending on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications

Pay Transparency
- U.S. Pay Range: $7,094.23/month – $12,533.14/month. This range is a reasonable estimate of the starting salary for this role across potential locations and may vary by experience, location, and other job-related factors. Eligible employees may receive additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement where applicable.
