Description:
CACI International Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Program Finance Manager to support our Enterprise IT Finance team. In this fully remote role, you’ll take the lead in shaping financial planning, ensuring contract compliance, and delivering key financial insights that drive performance across high-profile programs.
As the financial right hand to program managers, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a wide array of functions from budgeting and revenue recognition to forecasting and invoicing. Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Program Managers to deliver accurate and timely financial analysis and forecasting.
• Set up and maintain project financials to ensure accurate tracking of costs, revenue, and billing.
• Track and manage budgets, funding status, and performance against targets.
• Prepare detailed reports including PMRs, EACs, ETCs, and customized client reports.
• Review labor entries, subcontractor invoices, and travel expenses for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze variances and risks, and develop financial models to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with teams across contracts, HR, subcontracts, and procurement to support seamless program operations.
• Manage purchasing and operational logistics in line with program needs.
• Adhere to internal controls and external financial regulations.
• Lead the preparation of annual operating plans and monthly forecasts.
• Collaborate with pricing teams to review and refine pricing models.
• Guide remote teams, foster growth, and maintain team alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 6 years of relevant experience (3+ in program control or financial management)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manual report generation
• Solid understanding of cost tracking, revenue recognition, invoicing, and unbilled reconciliation
• Ability to work collaboratively across various business units including procurement, contracts, and engineering
Preferred:
• Experience with financial systems like Costpoint, SmartView, and COGNOS
• Programming or scripting experience in any language
• Previous experience in a matrixed corporate environment
• Background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Knowledge of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes

Compensation and Benefits:
