We are seeking an experienced, discreet, and highly professional Butler to join a prestigious private household in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver impeccable personal service, oversee household operations, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional personal service to the family and their guests, anticipating needs and ensuring comfort at all times.
- Manage and supervise household staff, including rostering, task delegation and performance oversight.
- Oversee formal dining and table service, including silver service, wine and spirits handling, and event setup.
- Maintain household organisation and presentation, ensuring rooms, service areas and storage are immaculate and well-ordered.
- Coordinate vendors and external services as needed while ensuring privacy and professionalism.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Butler, household manager or in luxury hospitality.
- Solid knowledge of etiquette, formal service techniques and household management.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Polished manner, trustworthy disposition and high level of professionalism.
- Flexible, proactive and solution-oriented approach to daily challenges.
- Hospitality or management certification beneficial but not mandatory.
