Builders Capital, the nation’s premier private construction lender, is seeking a Product Support Specialist to strengthen its internal and client-facing technology services. In this role, you’ll serve as a key support resource for both employees and external clients as they interact with Builders Capital’s proprietary software systems. You will be tasked with managing help desk inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all support requests are handled in line with business policies and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and respond to support requests from employees and client-facing teams using multiple communication channels
• Prioritize incoming issues based on urgency, deadlines, and potential impact
• Route unresolved problems to the correct department or technical expert
• Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for issue resolution and maintain consistent follow-up until closure
• Gather feedback from internal and external users to identify potential improvements to our software platforms
• Monitor help desk patterns and suggest systemic or product-related enhancements
• Develop and maintain a detailed Knowledge Base to document fixes, guides, and best practices
• Deliver step-by-step instructions to users in a clear, concise, and user-friendly manner
• Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions when required
• Support leadership with ad hoc assignments and special projects as needed
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
• Ability to work Pacific Time (PST) hours is required
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in support ticket processing and follow-through
• Team-oriented approach—collaborating with internal teams to resolve client challenges and system-related issues
• Proactive attitude—taking ownership of challenges and acting independently to improve workflow efficiency
