What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies for ServiceNow products and solutions by aligning innovation with customer needs
  • Help shape clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that simplifies complex technology
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Brand Marketing teams on launches and integrated campaigns
  • Analyze customer, market, and competitive insights to strengthen strategic narratives
  • Create impactful marketing assets including presentations, sales stories, demos, and digital content
  • Support sales and marketing enablement with tools, messaging, and proof points
  • Use AI-driven insights and performance data to refine campaigns and future GTM strategies

What You Bring:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited MBA program with graduation expected December 2026 or later
  • 3–4 years of experience in product marketing, strategy, consulting, or a related field
  • Strong storytelling ability with a talent for translating technical features into customer value
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Interest in AI, automation, and the future of enterprise workflows
  • Adaptable, curious, and motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment
