What You’ll Do:
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies for ServiceNow products and solutions by aligning innovation with customer needs
- Help shape clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that simplifies complex technology
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Brand Marketing teams on launches and integrated campaigns
- Analyze customer, market, and competitive insights to strengthen strategic narratives
- Create impactful marketing assets including presentations, sales stories, demos, and digital content
- Support sales and marketing enablement with tools, messaging, and proof points
- Use AI-driven insights and performance data to refine campaigns and future GTM strategies
What You Bring:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited MBA program with graduation expected December 2026 or later
- 3–4 years of experience in product marketing, strategy, consulting, or a related field
- Strong storytelling ability with a talent for translating technical features into customer value
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally
- Interest in AI, automation, and the future of enterprise workflows
- Adaptable, curious, and motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment
