Description:
Kanak Elite Services is seeking a seasoned Product Manager with deep healthcare experience, ideally from Ex-Cigna or similar organizations, to lead Agile product initiatives in clinical information systems and healthcare payer platforms. This role involves managing system features, ensuring alignment with the Agile Release Train (ART) vision, and providing strategic guidance across complex backend and UI-based healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer in Agile Product Management
- Define system features and participate in validation
- Oversee the scope of work for the Agile Release Train (ART) and maintain its roadmap
- Proactively manage risks and dependencies across the portfolio
- Advise top management on significant matters requiring cross-organization coordination
- Provide thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines
- Act as the go-to expert for complex assignments within the organization
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years working with Agile frameworks, methodologies, and principles
- Experience in Epic, Feature, and Story tracking, preferably using JIRA
- Expertise in backend healthcare processing systems, Rule Based systems, and UI platforms
- Familiarity with Eligibility Determination engines, Coverage tier logic, Member Portals, and time-based eligibility
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams
