MenuWorks is essential for menu planning, ingredient management, and production workflows across sectors including K12, Healthcare, and Hospitality. This position blends strategic thinking, technical fluency, and stakeholder engagement to translate complex business needs into actionable product plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the MenuWorks product roadmapbased on user feedback and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data teams to design and deliver scalable, efficient features.
- Lead discovery and delivery of modules like ingredient costing, forecasting, and reporting.
- Break down complex problems and datasets into clear, actionable strategies.
- Manage deployment schedules and oversee technical dependencies.
- Ensure platform compliance with USDA regulations, allergen standards, and cost guidelines.
- Use data and continuous feedback to drive product improvement and innovation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or foodservice technology.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for forecasting, costing, and compliance.
- Excellent communicationand stakeholder management capabilities.
- Familiarity with menu planning, supply chain, or foodservice operations is a plus.
