PRODUCT MANAGER III (REMOTE) – TE CONNECTIVITY
TE Connectivity is seeking a highly driven Product Manager III to lead strategy, development, and execution for board mount and cable backplane solutions within our AI-focused segment. As a Global Product Manager, you will function as a “mini” GM, owning product strategy, capacity planning, and P&L management while bridging engineering and business execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Maintain frequent, direct interactions with AI customers and hyperscalers; capture the “voice of customer” to guide product roadmaps.
- Strategy & Growth: Identify growth opportunities in AI segments and translate market trends into actionable plans to ensure TE remains the preferred interconnect partner.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Lead product launches, develop compelling value propositions, and address customer challenges effectively.
- Operations & Capacity: Collaborate with S&OP teams to ensure sufficient capacity for hyper-scale AI deployment cycles.
- Financial Leadership: Own portfolio P&L, monitor sales and margin, and proactively resolve gaps to meet business objectives.

Required Background

- Demonstrated high-performance track record, rapid career progression, and successful execution without predefined playbooks.
- Technical literacy in concepts such as Signal Integrity and System Architecture.
- Advanced communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and presenting to senior leadership.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $109,300 – $164,000 (dependent on experience and location)
