Description:
Foureyes®, a remote-first automotive data platform headquartered in Oregon, is seeking a Product Manager for Data Insights to join our team. We are focused on making dealership data accessible, actionable, and empowering decision-making across our clients’ operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Data Insights experience within our customer data platform, enabling dealerships to explore and act on their own data efficiently.
- Own core standard reports and develop a product roadmap that enhances data accessibility and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with engineering, BI specialists, and dealer-facing teams to create a seamless, intuitive user experience.
- Understand dealer needs through research, feedback, and data analysis to replace manual reporting with self-service insights.
- Translate business and user requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for engineering teams.
- Prototype reports and UI experiences using relevant tools.
- Define and track KPIs such as report usage, time-to-insight, and dealer decision-making outcomes.
Job Qualifications:
- Strong data literacy with SQL proficiency and experience delivering impactful reporting solutions.
- Analytical mindset, able to convert complex data into actionable business insights.
- User-centered approach with empathy for dealership employees’ workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including storytelling.
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.
- Strong prioritization and project management skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Quicksight), data warehousing (Snowflake), and large datasets.
Preferred Experience:
- Reporting/BI tool experience (Snowflake, Tableau, AWS Quicksight).
- Delivery of self-service data products or analytics solutions.
