Description:
NPOWA Solutions is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement activities and ensure timely sourcing, negotiation, and delivery of goods and services in alignment with company policies and project requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP and Ariba procurement modules.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience
• Hands-on experience in SAP and Ariba procurement modules (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of sourcing, vendor management, and purchase-to-pay processes
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full procurement cycle—from requisition to purchase order and delivery follow-up
• Handle vendor sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding in compliance with company standards
• Prepare and process PRs and POs using SAP and Ariba
• Conduct price analysis and negotiate for cost-effective and timely delivery
• Coordinate with departments for procurement requirements and approvals
• Maintain procurement documentation, contracts, and reports in ERP system
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements
• Track supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships
• Support process improvements for procurement efficiency
