Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company’s needs.
- Preparation of Contracts, keeping track of contract expiration, renewals etc.
- Experience in handling new office set up processes, including office fit-outs, furniture and IT procurement.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms of service.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for efficient supply chain management.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Analyze and report on procurement metrics, including cost savings and supplier performance.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
