We’re Hiring: Procurement Officer
Eire Gulf Interiors is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our Commercial Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full procurement lifecycle — from sourcing materials and coordinating with vendors to ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery of project requirements. This position plays a key role in supporting our interior design and fit-out operations across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement plans and maintaining all necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, sample approvals, and delivery schedules.
- Track purchase orders and maintain up-to-date procurement logs to ensure project timelines are met.
- Ensure all purchases comply with budgetary limits and quality standards.
- Support logistics and site teams with material deliveries and inventory coordination.
- Maintain effective communication with the Commercial, Design, Project Management, and Warehouse teams.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and supplier agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 2–4 years of procurement experience within the UAE, ideally in the interior fit-out or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction and interior materials.
- Excellent coordination, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
