We are seeking detail-oriented individuals who can contribute to efficient procurement and inventory management within a fast-paced retail and trading environment.
This opportunity is open for the following roles:
🔹 Procurement Officer
🔹 Inventory Officer
Both roles play a critical part in supporting business operations, ensuring smooth supply flow, accurate stock control, and strong coordination across teams.
Procurement Officer – Key Responsibilities:
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency and quality standards
• Prepare and issue purchase orders while monitoring delivery schedules
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to understand and plan purchasing requirements
• Maintain accurate vendor databases and regularly assess supplier performance
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
Procurement Officer – Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain functions
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Prior experience in retail or trading industries is an added advantage
Inventory Officer – Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage stock levels across warehouses and retail outlets
• Conduct routine stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records
• Analyze inventory data and identify shortages or discrepancies
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels
• Prepare and submit accurate inventory reports to management
Inventory Officer – Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in inventory management software or ERP systems
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
