We’re Hiring — Procurement Officer (Immediate Start)
COVEBEACH is seeking a hands-on Procurement Officer to join the team immediately. This role is ideal for someone with practical procurement experience in the UAE and familiarity with hospitality operations — beach club or lifestyle venue experience will be considered a strong advantage. The successful candidate will manage purchasing activities, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure the club is stocked and operating smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure goods and services required for day-to-day beach club operations.
- Obtain and compare supplier quotations, negotiate terms, and secure competitive pricing.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of supplies.
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate with operations, F&B, and maintenance teams to forecast needs.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, monitor supplier performance, and resolve supply issues.
- Assist with invoice verification and liaise with finance for timely processing and reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Solid UAE procurement experience is essential.
- Previous exposure to hospitality, beach club, or leisure operations is a major plus.
- Strong negotiation, organization, and vendor-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient with procurement/inventory systems and MS Excel.
- Available to join immediately.
