We’re Hiring – Procurement Officer

Massaed for Elevators and Escalators Installation is currently looking for a Procurement Officer to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with local suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with internal departments for procurement needs
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience working in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of the local supplier market, especially in the construction or elevator/escalator industry
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
