Description:
I2D Interiors is looking to hire a proactive Procurement Officer to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This role is well-suited for someone with hands-on experience in the F&B fit-out industry who can handle procurement processes efficiently while supporting fast-moving project timelines. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full procurement process for F&B fit-out projects from initiation to completion
• Prepare and handle Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring timely approvals and proper documentation
• Review and process Material Requests (MRs) received from site teams
• Source and assess suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating terms for the best value
• Obtain and compare quotations (RFQs) to support cost-effective purchasing decisions
• Track orders and ensure materials are delivered to site on schedule
• Coordinate closely with design, estimation, and project teams for smooth workflow
• Monitor costs and maintain procurement within approved project budgets
• Ensure all materials meet required quality standards and specifications
• Maintain accurate records, including LPO logs and procurement reports
Requirements:
• 3–4 years of procurement experience within the UAE, preferably in F&B fit-out or interiors
• Strong familiarity with local suppliers, materials, and current pricing trends
• Hands-on experience managing POs, MRs, RFQs, and vendor relationships
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP or procurement systems
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
