We are currently hiring an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end procurement operations for large-scale civil construction projects in the UAE. This senior-level role is suited for professionals with extensive local market exposure, strong commercial acumen, and proven leadership capabilities within the civil contracting sector.

Role Overview:
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the complete procurement lifecycle, including sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations, subcontractor management, and procurement planning. The role demands a hands-on leader who can drive value, control costs, and support project delivery through effective procurement practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end procurement activities across major civil construction projects
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and business objectives
• Manage sourcing of materials, subcontractors, and services
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with suppliers and vendors
• Ensure timely procurement to support project schedules and delivery milestones
• Evaluate suppliers and manage long-term vendor relationships

Requirements & Qualifications:
