Exciting Opportunity Alert – Procurement Manager- FMCG – Dubai
Our client a leading name in the food manufacturing industry are looking to bring on board a procurement manager to join their team in Dubai.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead direct procurement of raw materials and ingredients across multiple SKUs
- Collaborate closely with the NPD (New Product Development) team to source new ingredients and support innovation.
- Manage procurement of volatile commodities, including price hedging and contract negotiation.
- Build strong vendor relationships and ensure optimal cost, quality, and supply continuity.
- Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, QA, finance, and supply chain teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in food/FMCG manufacturing setup
- Expertise in managing a wide SKU portfolio and complex ingredient sourcing
- Solid understanding of commodity markets and hedging practices
- Demonstrated experience working with NPD teams
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
