MyShops UAE is currently expanding its operations and is looking to hire an experienced Procurement Head to join its growing team in Dubai. The company is seeking a procurement professional with a strong background in the electronics trading or distribution sector who can lead sourcing activities and strengthen supplier relationships while supporting the company’s business growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement operations, ensuring consistent product availability, and developing strategies that support efficient sourcing and cost management across retail and distribution channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with the company’s expansion and operational goals
  • Managing supplier sourcing processes, negotiating contracts, and maintaining supplier performance standards
  • Building long-term relationships with vendors and establishing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to support mutual growth
  • Monitoring inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing risks associated with excess or aging stock
  • Keeping track of market developments within the electronics sector, including IT products, mobile devices, and home appliances
  • Evaluating procurement performance through key performance indicators and identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency
