We are hiring: Procurement Executive

Location: JLT, Dubai

We are currently seeking a Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in the procurement process and contribute to the success of our projects.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute procurement plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies, primarily for the oil and gas sector.
• Manage the importing/exporting process and logistics functions associated with procurement.
• Maintain and update supplier information, including qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, and other relevant details.
• Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while effectively negotiating contracts.
• Research, assess, and evaluate prospective suppliers to ensure the best value and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field (preferred).
• At least with experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry or construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge in purchasing software is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
