We’re Hiring Processing Manager

Location -Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the payments team and ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of client payments
  • Monitor and manage daily payment transactions, ensuring no discrepancies, errors, or delays
  • Conduct regular audits and review payment processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, customer service, compliance, etc.) to resolve payment issues and enhance operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain detailed records of all payment-related activities and transactions
  • Communicate with clients and resolve any payment-related inquiries or issues efficiently and professionally
  • Prepare and present timely reports to management on payment processing activities, trends, and potential challenges
  • Ensure team performance by setting KPIs, monitoring work quality, and providing ongoing training and support
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, compliance changes, and emerging payment technologies
  • Manage relationships with external payment service providers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and service quality
  • Establish and enforce process improvements, such as automation or streamlining, to enhance overall team efficiency and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in payment processing, payments management, or a similar role, ideally in a leadership or managerial capacity
  • Strong understanding of payment systems (e.g., credit card payments, ACH, bank transfers) and financial regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS compliance)
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring teams
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to handle multiple payment processes and projects simultaneously
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software, payment platforms, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex financial issues clearly to clients and team members
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions under pressure
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with payment fraud prevention and the use of fraud detection tools is a plus
